How much time does our team need to commit?

Plan for key stakeholders to be available for: 90 minute AI Crash Session (Week 1), individual interviews (30 to 60 mins each, Week 1), pilot design workshops (Week 3), and final presentation (Week 4). Leadership decision makers should be involved throughout.

What if we're not sure we're ready?
