How long does a typical engagement last?

Depends on scope. Initial interventions might be 3 to 6 months. Some partnerships extend longer. We scope together and adjust as we go. You're never locked in.

Do we need to complete AI Activation first?

No, but you need a clear AI strategy. AI Activation is one way to develop that. If you already have direction, we can start with AI Acceleration directly.

What's the difference between this and hiring consultants?

How much of our team's time does this require?
