Terms and Conditions
Lisboa 2036
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These terms govern participation in Lisboa 2036, organised by Fixed to Flow* together with Futura Foundation and Look Lisbon. Full event details are available on the event page.
1. Event details
Lisboa 2036 is an immersive futures experience organised by Fixed to Flow*, together with Futura Foundation and Look Lisbon, on September 17, 2026, in Lisbon, Portugal. The event is limited to 20 participants and runs as one continuous experience from 14:30 to 21:30, including dinner.
2. Application and selection
Participation is by application. Applying is free and nothing is charged at the moment of application. The organisation reviews applications and composes the group; selection decisions are final. Selected applicants receive an email with their confirmation and a payment link.
3. Tickets and payment
The ticket costs €100 and covers the full afternoon through dinner in the garden. Payment is due only after selection, through the payment link provided in the confirmation email. A place is confirmed once payment is completed. Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Two fully funded places are available for participants for whom the ticket price is a real financial barrier. Funded places are requested through the registration form and are subject to the same selection process.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations made up to 7 calendar days before the event (by September 10, 2026) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable. The organisation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Late arrival policy
Lisboa 2036 is one continuous experience. Doors close when the first act begins, shortly after 14:30. Participants who arrive after the programme has begun will not be admitted. In such cases, a refund will not be provided.
6. Photography and video
The event will be photographed and filmed for communication and promotional purposes by the organising partners. By confirming a place, the participant acknowledges and does not object to the capture and use of their image in this context, in accordance with Article 79 of the Portuguese Civil Code and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Participants who prefer not to be photographed or filmed may inform the organisation at check-in on the day of the event. A visual identifier will be provided to signal this preference to the photography and video team.
Images will be used exclusively for promotion of the organising partners' events and content. They will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the organising partners.
7. Code of conduct
Lisboa 2036 depends on open and respectful conversation. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with hosts, organisers, and fellow participants. The organisation reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the event, without refund.
8. Data protection
Personal data collected during application and registration (name, email, application answers, optional links, and dietary preferences) will be used solely for selection, event organisation, and communication. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting gus@fixedtoflow.com.
9. Liability
The organisation is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. Participation is at the attendee's own risk.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lisbon.
