Terms and Conditions

These terms govern participation in The Garden Sessions: Design in the Age of AI, organised by Fixed to Flow*. Full event details are available on the event page.

1. Event details

The Garden Sessions: Design in the Age of AI is organised by Fixed to Flow*, on May 15, 2026, in Lisbon, Portugal. The event is limited to 20 participants.

2. Tickets and payment

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Pricing is as listed at the time of purchase (early bird or regular rate). Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations made up to 7 calendar days before the event (by May 8, 2026) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable. The organisation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Late arrival policy

Doors close at the start of the first session. Participants who arrive after the programme has begun will not be admitted. In such cases, a refund will not be provided.

5. Photography and video

The event will be photographed and filmed for communication and promotional purposes by Fixed to Flow. By purchasing a ticket, the participant acknowledges and does not object to the capture and use of their image in this context, in accordance with Article 79 of the Portuguese Civil Code and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Participants who prefer not to be photographed or filmed may inform the organisation at check-in on the day of the event. A visual identifier will be provided to signal this preference to the photography and video team.

Images will be used exclusively for promotion of Fixed to Flow events and content. They will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to Fixed to Flow.

6. Code of conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with speakers, organisers, and fellow attendees. The organisation reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the event, without refund.

7. Data protection

Personal data collected during registration (name, email, dietary preferences) will be used solely for event organisation and communication. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting gus@fixedtoflow.com.

8. Liability

Fixed to Flow is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. Participation is at the attendee's own risk.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lisbon.
